What you can expect from us

Order entry with possible clarification with customers
Order tracking
Order dispatch and preparation of export and customs documents
Negotiations with forwarders/courier services (prices, deadlines, freight)
Clarification of delivery dates

Your qualifications

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some work experience in this field
Fluent knowledge of English
Friendly and confident appearance as well as independent and structured way of working
Good computer skills as well as good MS-Office skills are an advantage
