Depending on the position, our interview will last approx. 30-60 minutes and will mainly take place on site at our company in Kirchentellinsfurt. Depending on the position, an initial virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams is also conceivable. As a rule, the interviews are held directly with the HR department, the supervising department and/or the management. In any case, you will be informed about all participants beforehand. The interview serves to get to know each other, during which we would like to learn more about you, your skills and qualifications.
In return, we also offer you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about us as an employer. In a second step, depending on the position, we offer you the opportunity to get to know us even better during a trial period. This takes place directly in the specialist department and is intended to give you an understanding of your future working day. During the trial period (approx. 2-6 hours), you can get an overview of our working methods, your future colleagues and the content of your work
It is important to us that you, as a new colleague, feel at home with us from day 1 and that you integrate quickly into the Leitenberg team.
To support you during the initial phase, we have designed an onboarding plan. On your first day, you will be welcomed to our company and we will take you on a tour of the premises - this will allow you to get to know your new working environment and your new colleagues directly. In addition to onboarding on the job by your supervisors and colleagues, you will receive your individual induction plan, which consists of various modules - depending on your function and career level. During the first few weeks of onboarding, you will get to know all the relevant areas of the company and receive department-specific and specialist training that is necessary for your new position.
In addition to your manager and colleagues, who will of course support you with any technical queries, your personal mentor will also be on hand to help you with any organizational or personal issues.
Regular feedback sessions are a core component of your onboarding and allow for open feedback on goals already achieved and mutual expectations.
