The HD01 hydraulic diagnostic device from Leitenberger Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH offers a highly precise and versatile solution for condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of hydraulic systems—whether mobile in the field or stationary on the test bench. It was specially developed for professional requirements where flow, pressure, and temperature must be reliably recorded, stored, and evaluated.

Variants

The HD01 is available in several variants in our online shop, which differ in their measuring range and are thus optimally tailored to different requirements.

• The variant with a flow range of 7.5 to 75 l/min and a maximum pressure of 250 bar is suitable for compact systems and standard applications.
• Those who require higher pressure ranges should choose the version with 400 bar, also with a flow rate of 7.5–75 l/min.
• For large hydraulic systems and test bench applications, models with measuring ranges of 15–300 l/min and 40–600 l/min are available – each up to 400 bar.

All variants cover a temperature range of 0–125 °C and offer the same user-friendly operation and precise sensor technology. The HD01 thus covers the entire spectrum from compact to high-performance hydraulic applications.
