The electromechanical temperature controller from Leitenberger is the ideal solution for demanding temperature control tasks. This robust device offers precise temperature control without bimetal compensation and is equipped with a rear adjustable switching point. The stainless steel construction and clear glass front panel ensure durability and reliability in industrial conditions.

Features and specifications:

• Material and construction: Stainless steel housing with rear mounting by a colored galvanized sheet steel clamp.
• Measuring mechanism: Double Bourdon spring measuring system.
• Display: Dial is basic white with black print. The scale length is approx. 240 degrees, with graduations of 1°, 2°, 5°, 10° depending on the measuring range.
• Measuring range: Individually adjustable from -80°C to +380°C, according to customer requirements.
• Accuracy: Class 2 according to DIN 16203.
• Contacts: 1 single-pole changeover contact, without rotary knob, cover cap included.

Protection and safety:

• Protection class: housing IP 53, terminals IP 00 to DIN 60529. Extended protection class IP 55 is available when using a cover cap over the terminals.
• Recommendations: For protection against switching overvoltages with inductive loads, an RC element should be used for spark suppression.

Additional options:

• Factory-set fixed switching point without adjustment option.
• Fixed stop for the maximum setpoint value.
